Highly irresponsible, lacking respect and ethics toward customers, and dishonest. My mother waited three months for her diabetic shoes, with constant excuses and different stories each time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, especially when there’s a pharmacy on every corner. The representative, Jimena, with her endless excuses and justification for their mistakes and incompetence, was utterly infuriating. Zero customer service. Horrible experience. Thankfully, my mother now has a new pharmacy.
I do not recommend this pharmacy. Very bad service. After all our effort to get my mom her diabetic shoes, they keep making excuses and won’t deliver what they promised. Extremely disappointing.
A great experience entering the clean facility. The long line was not what I was expecting, but the lady behind the counter quickly serviced us all and left with time to spare.
The individual who constantly answers the phone who is not the pharmacist nor the owner is a complete nasty individual that does not know how to speak to anyone. This is not the first time she has spoken to me in a disrespectful manner. How in the hell are you guys still in business. I dare for the the person who actually owns this pharmacy to reach out to me in regards to the poor customer service provided by this office. So disgraceful. Worst pharmacy ever.
I always had trouble engaging with other pharmacy stores. But then a friend recommended me this pharmacy which Is where I get all my prescriptions now. Staff is also incredibly helpful
