Highly irresponsible, lacking respect and ethics toward customers, and dishonest. My mother waited three months for her diabetic shoes, with constant excuses and different stories each time. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, especially when there’s a pharmacy on every corner. The representative, Jimena, with her endless excuses and justification for their mistakes and incompetence, was utterly infuriating. Zero customer service. Horrible experience. Thankfully, my mother now has a new pharmacy.
