Everything about the business is above and beyond in customer service. The humans that work there genuinely care about there customers. Trish, the pharmacist is the BEST EVER. You are never treated like you are number, like we've all to often felt like at many other pharmacies. The genuine goodness that emanates from every employee there is beyond PROFOUND. I always recommend this pharmacy!
Originally, I came to Alexander pharmacy because my regular pharmacy was out of my medication. I decided to make Alexander my permanent pharmacy after experiencing their outstanding customer service. Everyone who works here is warm, compassionate, and professional. There are not many businesses that I go to where I feel like the people who work there actually care about me. Alexander pharmacy is different. I alway walk out with a smile on my face. Give them a try and I promise you will not be disappointed.
