So far I love this pharmacy, they have been able to get my medication when my regular pharmacy couldn't. The reason for my move from my previous pharmacy was my need for my medication, free delivery, being able to get me the absolute best price for ALL my medicine $0! Everytime I speak to someone they are kind and helpful. Thank you for all you do Alpine!!
They don’t accept FSA and can’t seem to know why. It’s a normal MasterCard debt card but can run as credit and when it works everywhere else even at Walmart but not here it’s not a business I care to spend money at.
We moved from Walgreens to Alpine in hopes of a more personal experience. Unfortunately, customer service is not a high priority here. Upon entering the office everyone is seated away from their service counter behind multiple computer screens. Rather than getting up to assist us they yell from behind the computer without making eye contact or showing their faces. Great customer service, great staff and their fast turnaround with getting our medications to us. They also do free delivery. Thank you ladies for a great job!!!
Great place! Pharmacist friendly and super efficient at his job. Whole operation from calling in prescription to picking up is smooth. I recommend if you’re having any issues with your current pharmacy.
