They don’t accept FSA and can’t seem to know why. It’s a normal MasterCard debt card but can run as credit and when it works everywhere else even at Walmart but not here it’s not a business I care to spend money at.
We moved from Walgreens to Alpine in hopes of a more personal experience. Unfortunately, customer service is not a high priority here. Upon entering the office everyone is seated away from their service counter behind multiple computer screens. Rather than getting up to assist us they yell from behind the computer without making eye contact or showing their faces. Great place! Pharmacist friendly and super efficient at his job. Whole operation from calling in prescription to picking up is smooth. I recommend if you’re having any issues with your current pharmacy.
