I was very impressed with Anchor Pharmacy. Their communication was prompt and consistent, and even when there was a delay in receiving my medication, they kept me well informed every step of the way. The staff was kind, professional, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them for any specialty medication needs.
The delivered my medications in time - even sooner - and the package was exemplary. I am taking a medication that must be kept cold and they packed it with gel ice packs. Thank you for being so careful and so prompt. I placed the order at 10 am and I got the medication at 7 pm same day.
I will NEVER get my meds from them again! I got a prescription for pain and was to get 120 pills! Why when I opened the bottle and counted them to only receive 100 pills? I paid for 120 pills but only got 100!!! Now of course they gonna say that the dispensary was correct, but I know what I received! I have the unfortunate of experience of dealing with this pharmacy for the last few months and they are very rude and they lack any type of empathy towards the patient. I've been waiting since March of this year to get a Rx for my son. I've spoken to several supposedly managers from Brittany to Margo. These ppl don't like giving you there names to hold them accountable. It does not take 6 months to get a prior authorization.
