I can't say enough good about this pharmacy. Not only did they have the medication in stock but they got me a much lower price and delivered on top of that. Every time I've called they have been extremely helpful. Great pharmacy and great people.
I had a frustrating experience with Anchor Pharmacy. First, they told me they didn’t carry the medication that was prescribed but suggested an over-the-counter version at a lower price. That’s fine—except they placed me on hold for over four minutes before finally coming back to say my insurance wouldn’t cover the prescribed version anyway. The bigger issue? The only reason why I'm giving them three stars is because their parking situation sucks, I understand that there a small pharmacy but they could do better with parking. Other than that, they are awesome with having all of your prescriptions in stock, of course they have to order them but the have them none the less. I love this pharmacy but the drive to Decatur from Atlanta though 🤦🏾♂️ but it's totally worth it. Everyone in there is so nice and friendly also.
So disappointed in this pharmacy! I waited until January of this calendar year to order my very expensive prescription so that the copay could go toward my current maximum out of pocket with insurance. Instead of billing me on January 6 when I ordered it, they billed me on Dec. 30 of LAST YEAR!! They refuse to do anything about it.
Just about every single month- medicine is never in stock. They will CALL YOU FIRST to get you refill it. You let them know that you will pick up the next business day, BUT guess what happens when you go to pick up? Not in stock. If you’re smart, you will always call prior to going because…. How? You called ME… but ok. Supposedly “it will be in after lunch” … call after lunch. “Didn’t make it” MAYBE TOMORROW.
