Came to the pharmacy and me and another customer were waiting over 5 minutes with no one else in line before someone came in to help us. With 1 of my medications she told me they were out of stock and would order more and to come back around 11am the next day. My other prescription had to be overridden by my doctor because it was too soon but me and him already discussed that I needed more meds. I came in to pick up my medication, and the guy at the register was super soft spoken and nice. He was also very descriptive and answered all my questions in a great way for me to understand. As I was looking around the staff is very hardworking but they all look happy which put a smile on my face. I could tell from other patients that there was this other worker that was always smiling and kind to the patients. They were also very fast in helping me.

Please ask for Melody the pharmacist when you go to pick up medications.  She is so detailed & really cares about patients! She always goes above & beyond for our office so we know that when we send prescriptions to Anchor Plus, she will take care of our patients. We also want to shout out JT, Brian, Caroline, Jenny , Kaley, Tomas , Kandace at the pharmacy for providing great service, scheduling our patients’ deliveries in a timely manner & for calling insurance on behalf of our patients for their vacation overrides ! Complete professionalism and quick service is why I recommend using this pharmacy. With the additional benefit of free delivery puts them over the top in my opinion.
