Great pharmacy as a mail order pharmacy. This pharmacy does not bode well with walk in patients unless you are strictly there to pick up, as it is crowded and no one is going to talk to you. Their business is solely on mail order. I love it!! Great professionalism.
After a year at Anchor Plus Pharmacy in Duluth, I’m moving my prescriptions elsewhere. They tack on a $100 surcharge for GLP-1 drugs like Wegovy, which aren’t hard to find anymore - feels like a cash grab. The vibe inside is chaotic, like a call center with dozens of staff buzzing around. Customer service has turned overly intrusive, asking personal questions beyond standard pharmacy protocol. For a smoother, more private experience, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Disappointing shift for a once-decent spot.
I came in to pick up my medication, and the guy at the register was super soft spoken and nice. He was also very descriptive and answered all my questions in a great way for me to understand. As I was looking around the staff is very hardworking but they all look happy which put a smile on my face. I could tell from other patients that there was this other worker that was always smiling and kind to the patients. They were also very fast in helping me.
