They are committing insurance fraud. Ricky the office manager knows he is wrong and won’t return phone calls or emails. I even submitted proof that they owe me most of a prescription that they billed the insurance and me. Both the insurance and I paid for 24 units. Appex only sent 3. Ricky is all talk and not correcting. He said he sent the remaining units. Which is a lie. Because the manufacturer hasn’t started producing the medical food.
