This is my new medicine shoppe pharmacy I switched to after my former Medicine shoppe pharmacy closed unexpectedly after many years of spectacular service. Ever since switching to this new medicine shoppe pharmacy all the staff have done everything to assure I receive all my medications on time and if any problems ever arise they go above and beyond to assure my doctor's are contacted to resolve the issue. I was going thru a very stressful time dealing with my son's illness. When we first started with this pharmacy I had a few issues, a few mishaps. I called and expressed my feelings and concerns. They were very nice. Very understanding and very patient with me on my rant. Everyone who helped work out the kinks was very polite. Everyone there is always very nice and helpful. However there is one employee that is truly extraordinary. Tyler Rhodes went above and beyond when he helped me today. I was having one of the worst days of my life due to personal family medical issues. Not only was Tyler caring and compassionate, but he even took the time to help me get a prescription that I needed urgently, transferred from another pharmacy.
