I cannot tell you how amazing this pharmacy is to me. The are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and go way above and beyond for their clients. Stat medication gets to me immediately, and all the drivers are courteous and friendly. Alex runs a well managed pharmacy. Thank you
After using several different pharmacies (corporate & local) + having constant issues like getting meds on time, “insurance issues” or random closures. I seriously gave up on finding a reliable pharmacy. Then I came across this Medicine Shoppe through my job and let me tell you, they set the standard!!! Timely refills(which is crucial for me because I cannot be without my meds lol!), easy messaging via app, compassionate workers. And free delivery?!? Give these people raises. They are amazing. 🙌🏼
AVOID!!! The staff was rude, uncoordinated, unresponsive, and uninformed. I had to plead with them to get basic information out of them. I'm a new patient, I don't know how any of this works, and one employee hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. When I called the number back, it went to a voice mailbox that wasn't set up. I had to get a different number from Google and I was on hold for 20 minutes. What a terrific pharmacy that goes out of their way to help the community! As a Medical Assistant I have sent patient's to them for compounded medications. They are very good to work with and provide timely filling of medications. Recently myself and my grandparents have switched over to them from a chain pharmacy. They worked with our doctor to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend!
Stability of staff employment ..not a revolving door. As a consequence, I can call for information or walk in and be treated as a friend and not a birthdate.
