I cannot tell you how amazing this pharmacy is to me. The are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and go way above and beyond for their clients. Stat medication gets to me immediately, and all the drivers are courteous and friendly. Alex runs a well managed pharmacy. Thank you
What a terrific pharmacy that goes out of their way to help the community! As a Medical Assistant I have sent patient's to them for compounded medications. They are very good to work with and provide timely filling of medications. Recently myself and my grandparents have switched over to them from a chain pharmacy. They worked with our doctor to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. Definitely recommend!
AVOID!!! The staff was rude, uncoordinated, unresponsive, and uninformed. I had to plead with them to get basic information out of them. I'm a new patient, I don't know how any of this works, and one employee hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question. When I called the number back, it went to a voice mailbox that wasn't set up. I had to get a different number from Google and I was on hold for 20 minutes. I love this pharmacy. I get all of my medications here as well as my dogs compounded meds by Kelly. The owner is fabulous and all of the staff go above and beyond. Very quick and always efficient service. Thank you Medicine Shop Chesterfield!
I really can’t say enough good things about this Medicine Shoppe. I met Alex and his wife about 15 years when they opened and they are compassionate, caring and amazing people. The staff is kind and helpful especially Marilyn and I wish I could remember this younger gal’s name that is just so sweet and helpful to me. This is an extremely busy pharmacy that delivers.
