This is the best pharmacy my wife and I have ever used! The staff is friendly and professional as is the Owner and the Pharmacists are great. All go out of their way to help in all situations.
I was going thru a very stressful time dealing with my son's illness. When we first started with this pharmacy I had a few issues, a few mishaps. I called and expressed my feelings and concerns. They were very nice. Very understanding and very patient with me on my rant. Everyone who helped work out the kinks was very polite. This is my new medicine shoppe pharmacy I switched to after my former Medicine shoppe pharmacy closed unexpectedly after many years of spectacular service. Ever since switching to this new medicine shoppe pharmacy all the staff have done everything to assure I receive all my medications on time and if any problems ever arise they go above and beyond to assure my doctor's are contacted to resolve the issue. The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy in Chesterfield is the best pharmacy!! I have been getting my medications filled at this pharmacy for the past five years. I have always found the staff and pharmacists to be extremely kind, professional, caring, and helpful. This year I could not get one of my medications due to a supply shortage.
