About this business
Established in 1983. Formerly Walz Pharmacy at 512 Main Street, the business was purchased August 19, 1983 and moved across the street in 1988 to a larger building. We escaped the fire of May 11, 1998 in which the town of New Harmony lost 3 storefronts and smoke was pouring out of our attic vents. With the aid of 7 volunteer fire departments, our building, which was next in line, was saved from total destruction. We are a member of the Good Neighbor Pharmacy Network, a coop of Independent Pharmacies all across the US.
