The staff is extremely efficient and courteous. They bend over backwards to help. They have always been super nice to the point of making sure that you get what you need when you need it. Have not ever regretted making them my pharmacy of choice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a pharmacy home.
I have been using Dixie Pharmacy for about 6 years Being a "smaller" neighborhood pharmacy, as opposed to one of the larger "one every corner" allows them to be customer focused They are professional and knowledgeable and far exceed most customer service seen today. I would recommend them to anyone seeking either a new pharmacy or looking to change pharmacies.
Consistently late to open. Google shows they open at 9am but they are never open on time. Makes it hard when you are in a hurry to get your kids meds because you have other commitments.
Kind. Helpful. Very patient with children. Wait times are quick.
