The staff are friendly yet professional. Sometimes there will be a decent size line at the drive up window but most of the time thats not the case. Making it quick and easy to access what you need. They also send text updates to easily know when your script is ready. Which is nice! And ive never had a script error through their care either.
I have no idea what happened to the happy people that used to work there. They are just gone. Even my dogs liked going through the drive up. People were so kind. Now rude workers that are borderline mean. After dealing with this same attitude for two days and my pills still were not in stock. I sadly had to say goodbye to one of the last friendly places that I go. What a shame.
I switched to Economy Drugs a couple years back because the pharmacist went above & beyond to get a prescription my son needed on a day they were closed because of bad weather. The service has been exceptional until just recently. Twice now, I have requested a prescription to be filled that I'm fully aware insurance won't cover & told them I will pay out of pocket, it doesnt get filled until I've called multiple times. This place was Awesome when Jamie ran it!! Now it's Sooo slooow, the drive thru is always backed up thru the handicap parking spaces, and they have been out of medication when my Mom has tried to pick it up. They even cut the days open to 5 days a week instead of being open part of the day on Saturday, that makes the lines even longer. So sad Pharmacist Jamie is gone.
Called just ask a question and was told I'm 7th caller and to wait lmao. No there was not even a option for them to call you back when it's your turn they expect everyone to wait . I waited 107minutes before I spoke to somone . This is in 2026 they have not got a real answering service
