As a person with severe chronic illness, having a pharmacy to help me manage my meds is a necessity to my survival. Flora Pharmacy goes above and beyond every time I interact with them. They are kind, keep me informed, and work with me ahead of time when we know a shift in meds has to happen due to supply chain issues. I can’t recommend Flora Pharmacy enough. I could not be happier with the service I'm getting from Flora Pharmacy. We transferred all of our prescriptions easily from Walgreens. I have special needs child with several medications and they had them all filled and ready to pick up same day. They are always friendly, easy to get a hold of, and fast.
I have unfortunately had my fair share of experiences with pharmacies in my life. Going on now for 9 plus years, i have had chronic pain on top of other health issues. But as of recently, my normal pharmacy and all other big box pharmacies have had issues getting my meds in. I called Flora Pharmacy, and they had exactly what I needed. As a pharmacist, I’m a firm believer that your community pharmacist is an important part of your healthcare team. Hieu and Winnie are brilliant, caring pharmacists, and will always go out of their way to ensure you’re taken care of. Their pharmacy is always immaculate and it’s always enjoyable to stop by. I had to go to an urgent care yesterday evening after work, and I was prescribed some topical ointment. After looking around the area, I found Flora pharmacy, which was still conveniently open till 7pm, and bonus points, locally owned! My prescriptions were sent off and ready in a matter of minutes, and I was able to arrive about 40 minutes prior to closing. Nyugen was also very kind and helpful. I would certainly recommend Flora Pharmacy if you are looking for a more local and personable pharmacy.
