Today I inconvenienced the employee with the long sleeve red shirt, with my urgent script request. Although I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling from her, I thought she would do her job. She said she would call me in about 30 minutes when my order was ready. After an hour and knowing they close at 6pm I showed up at 5:30 as they were locking the doors. K & M let me pick up my medicine at closing time! Best pharmacy, best people working there.
K&M is far and away the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are devoid of professionalism or care for their clients. I called at 9:15 to have a prescription transferred and was told that a pharmacist would not be available until 1:00pm. The woman on the phone was not only entirely unprofessional but rude and borderline moronic. This pharmacy is so bad and unprofessional it makes spending an hour at CVS seem like a vacation. Several issues - 1. rarely get prescription filled in timely manner, charge insurance full qty but gives prescription with I owe you qty for later, 2.was twice shorted on orders with no i owe qty and refused to refill to soon so had to go without meds. 3. Unable to handle prescriptions on sliding scale - I was told to get Dr to send new prescription- they refused to fill the new because of the old prescription. 4.
