If i could give this "pharmacy" anything less than 1 star I would. I called them this AM to see if they do compound medication and they said they did (she CONFIRMED with a "manager" while on the phone with me). Since my son has never had an RX filled by them the lady I spoke to went ahead and created my son's file in their system. gave them EVERYTHING, name, address, insurance information the whole 9 yards. Went 5-29-2025 for a refill. The guy in charge was incredibly rude. I’m switching back to Walgreens, the drive to Clewiston will be worth it.
Today I inconvenienced the employee with the long sleeve red shirt, with my urgent script request. Although I didn't get a warm fuzzy feeling from her, I thought she would do her job. She said she would call me in about 30 minutes when my order was ready. After an hour and knowing they close at 6pm I showed up at 5:30 as they were locking the doors. K&M is far and away the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They are devoid of professionalism or care for their clients. I called at 9:15 to have a prescription transferred and was told that a pharmacist would not be available until 1:00pm. The woman on the phone was not only entirely unprofessional but rude and borderline moronic. This pharmacy is so bad and unprofessional it makes spending an hour at CVS seem like a vacation. Terrible customer service rude etc. I going to change pharmacy. If I don’t pay they don’t give me my medicine for free .
