I love the staff! Really feels like family there.
Most of the women that work here are rude. Nothing gets done about it. Since we started going to them last year, I have been charged copays on my kids meds, when they should be NO copay due to Medicaid. I did a few months of reimbursement back. I message them on FB Messenger if I have an issue with anything and some smart butt, hearted my message that I'm thinking about leaving this pharmacy, once I get all of my kids copay reimbursements. I go here to pick up prescriptions for my mom and the staff has always been super friendly and super efficient.
Woods has a very clean, comfortable feel. The employee's are more like family. I've never had to wait or stand in line too long. I like so much more than my last drug store, walgreens!
Customer of 6+ years, recently switched my family to another pharmacy. Over the course of the last 2 years I’ve dealt with too many mistakes, too much condescension and rudeness, and a plethora of unnecessary delays not related to insurance preauth, doctor approval, or medication shortages.
