This is my Third time going to this Pharmacy. The young lady Stephanie at the front counter was very Helpful. She was very nice and well aware of what I needed . This place is always very Clean as well.

Very poor customer service, the pharmacy manager was incredibly disrespectful, demeaning and down right rude. She did not take responsibility for incorrectly processing my ‘prescription. She also hung up on me… Who in the Customer Service world does that? Perhaps somebody should tell her that she and her business nee customers more than the customers need her. I have already found llanother compounding pharmacy.

Script sent in on Tuesday and i wanted to it pick up asap but they don't allow that so i was advised it would be delivered tomorrow. Did not deliver as promised so I had to find an alternative because i was in so much pain for days. I requested a refund due to their tardiness but they refused. Total waste of time money and aggravation. Go somewhere else!

MedPoint pharmacy is the best place for compounded medication. The staff is such a pleasure to deal with , they go above and beyond to meet my last minute needs.

Spoke with a Stephanie on the phone. Very rude encounter. Customer service can do better
