I've been a patient at choice health network for over a year. Lived on streets past 6 months. I've asked for help off streets can't get it. When I had stable housing I was undetectable. Now I've been homeless it's hard to keep my meds because the other homeless still my bags. So for 2 months I didn't have my medication. Went from 150 to 103 lb in 2 months. Ended up with abscesses on legs and arms still cannot get no help. I'm now in a home care facility at karm. Getting what I can hear getting better and now weigh125

Went thier today.yhe best staff ever anywhere hands down.helped me and was so kind and knowledgeable.took labs and didn't realize she was already in.awesome.

If you need HIV care, this is the place. They have every thing you could ask for and more. Well funded and just overall a great experience.

update 11/21: after waiting over a year and complaints filed, 2 months after updated review myself, and other patients having payment issues via co payments have been resolved, for now. the assistance is greatly appreciated. please keep up the work.. updated 9/21: choice health network has moved from the cityscape plaza to 1925 Ailor Ave in Knoxville, TN. Excellent facilities. Fantastic staff. Although I'm not a patient nor client, I recently visited and retrieved medications for an ill friend. The pharmacy staff could not have been nicer. I was able to retrieve my friends medications quickly and delivered to him. The facilities are immaculate and well maintained. I am grateful for a very efficient, convenient, and pleasant experience!!
