update 11/21: after waiting over a year and complaints filed, 2 months after updated review myself, and other patients having payment issues via co payments have been resolved, for now. the assistance is greatly appreciated. please keep up the work.. updated 9/21: choice health network has moved from the cityscape plaza to 1925 Ailor Ave in Knoxville, TN.
