This place isn't helping me at all anymore like it used to when it first opened. I don't have the same case worker because the one I had left and the one I have now really doesn't act like they care at all. I'm so over this place I tried to go somewhere else so I can actually be seen by a doctor since I have never seen a doctor here but was told I couldn't go to both places which makes no sense since this place barely does anything. update 11/21: after waiting over a year and complaints filed, 2 months after updated review myself, and other patients having payment issues via co payments have been resolved, for now. the assistance is greatly appreciated. please keep up the work.. updated 9/21: choice health network has moved from the cityscape plaza to 1925 Ailor Ave in Knoxville, TN. My MCM got promoted and was assigned a new MCM. Elaine Heine had left the practice. my insurance coverage had a major lapse in my coverage. took almost a year to get it f... read more
Excellent facilities. Fantastic staff. Although I'm not a patient nor client, I recently visited and retrieved medications for an ill friend. The pharmacy staff could not have been nicer. I was able to retrieve my friends medications quickly and delivered to him. The facilities are immaculate and well maintained. I am grateful for a very efficient, convenient, and pleasant experience!!
I've been a client at 12:00 Network for some time over 10 15 years the people here are very caring kind judgmental and very very helpful I am proud to be part of the program
people are great here with big hearts.... very helpful in all ways. I've been here for years and they have saved my life ❤️💜 I miss Elaine and hope she is well but I'm glad to have Heather she's the best. 💜
