Service was great! Received a call to confirm my prescriptions, cost with insurance already factored in, and to process payment. The prescriptions were delivered to my house same day with no extra fee. Everyone was very friendly and professional - great service!
Do not do business with this company. They are preying on COVID patients to take their money and not provide the needed medication. They lied saying they'd overnight my meds. Charged me an astronomical amount for them to take 3 days to get to me from an hour away and were missing the main (most expensive) medication! Customer service is lacking and downright rude. Avoid this pharmacy. One rep laughed at my wife and said the medicine the doctor prescribed won't work. They refused to call or make an effort to connect with our local pharmacy who tried calling and waiting over 30 minutes twice. I got hung up on and when our pharmacy finally got a hold of them on the third try they said they shipped out the meds. Absolutely worst pharmacy ever.
Promptly helped me fill an RX that I could not get assistance with locally. Shipped it super fast, so thankful for your service. You all are lifesavers! Thank you so much!! Please keep up the great work.
