Richmond Valley Pharmacy is a beautiful local spot on Staten Island! The staff is lovely, professional, and super accommodating—they're welcoming to questions, explain things clearly, and make you feel like family. Great selection of OTC items, organized store, and quick prescription service. Free parking lot is a big plus too. The best pharmacy on the island! Their customer service is always amazing, and they truly go out of their way to help every single person. The staff is so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s the only pharmacy I trust for quick and reliable service. They’re fast, friendly, and so easy to work with. I’m disabled and have been on this medical rollercoaster for decades. I was using CVS & Walgreens for too long. I cannot express enough how much anxiety and aggravation I’ve experienced just trying to get the meds that help keep me on this earth. The pharmacy staff at Richmond Valley Pharmacy was welcoming to my questions. They were very professional in handling my matters. I was able to get my refills in time, and I had no issues waiting at the pharmacy. One of the pharmacists that works here is personable and cares a lot for her patients. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends.
