Never have to wait more than a couple of minutes at most, and that’s even rare. Ritch’s Pharmacy of Mountain Brook is by far, the best in customer service I have ever known. We as a family have been customers since 1973 when we moved to Birmingham. Nicest people you’ll ever meet!
We were visiting from Louisiana and were welcomed into the Pharmacy. They were so friendly and we appreciated their hospitality very much. We love to shop the locals when we are out of town and were very glad we found Ritch's Pharmacy.
