The customer service given at Smithgall's needs to be experienced to be believed. Time and again they have gone out of their way to make sure some insurance/pharmaceutical/bureaucratic nightmare would not occur. They constantly amaze me.

I really appreciate the personal touch offered at Smithgalls. Everyone's very friendly and helpful and the service is quick. I don't know why anyone would go to a big chain when the neighborhood drugstore is far superior!
