Although I receive my prescription by FedEx via my doctor's in-house pharmacy, the Galaxy Drug Store is nonetheless an essential business to my daily or weekly needs. Extremely unprofessional! I've called ahead multiple times and been told my prescription is ready, only to arrive and be told it isn't. This pharmacy consistently provides inaccurate information about prescription readiness. This has happened several times, leading to long wait times and unnecessary trips. Very frustrating and unprofessional. The pharmacist's dismissive attitude and suggestion I go elsewhere is unacceptable. This has always been 'my' pharmacy, ever since it opened in the Galaxy Mall. The service, the personal attention, the availability of all my necessary boosters and vaccines is outstanding. In addition, it has a vast selection of excellent wines/so convenient!
I have been a customer at Galaxy Drug Store for many years. As a senior citizen, it is reassuring to have access to a pharmacy where the knowledge, competence and efficiency of the personnel are exceeded only by their kindness and compassion.
