RecommendedI visit this pharmacy at least once a month, sometimes more depending on my needs. The employees here are amazing. Every single one of them is kind, attentive and helpful. If I call in the morning, they’re happy to help. If you show up 5 minutes before closing, they still greet you with a smile and helpful attitude. I have never felt rushed, or like I was an inconvenience at all. I absolutely love this pharmacy and appreciate them for all they do for me. Keep up the excellent work, guys. You’re amazing!
When my son was little they helped me figure out how to get him to cooperate with some meds and I have loved this place ever since. Everyone is so nice and they work so hard to get things not only right, but quickly too!
David Gambel, and the entire staff are the best. They go above and beyond for their customers and US Drug Mart is the only pharmacy in Midlothian I will ever use. �
I have used this pharmacy for years and really like Dave. Trust him completely. Everybody is friendly; however, on this particular day, I was greeted with rudeness. I was very offended. Absolutely no excuse for the way the tech spoke to me. Then as I waited I observed her to be nice to all other patrons coming in. I drive from Red Isk to Midlothian because of the trust established with the pharmacist Dave. If it wasn't for that , I would have not returned after the way I was talked to on this particular day.
I took my kids to get their flu shots. The pharmacist was so patient and so gentle with my oldest who was crying hysterically and trying to run away. The entire staff was so friendly. Great place!
Today was my first experience with this facility and I was impressed! I dropped off my son's medication too late to have a compound mixture made and was told it would most likely not be ready until tomorrow. I understood, but was a little disappointed only because my 5 month old had a seriously bad diaper rash caused by a combination of a virus and his acid reflux- the second medication prescribed.
