Dishonest. They sell Expired medicine and will not accept refund. Many other pharmacies nearby - Do not go here.
Amazing staff. The pharmacist is very professional, I personally experienced the highest level of customer service during the COVID pandemic. The staff are great in restocking items that I couldn’t find at a big box stores. Although, there are many pharmacies in the area Vital Med goes above and beyond any other pharmacy I have been too. They are truly a gem of Queens!!!
Very caring staff. Wonderful environment. Great service. Can’t think of anything negative. Always have exactly what I need. The wait for a prescription isn’t too long as it is in other pharmacies where the pharmacists and staff take their time and wander around just to make you shop around some more. They are straight and to the point. They explain anything that is not understood and are always up for a follow up. Best pharmacy out there. 👍👍👍
People ask me why do I go to these mom and pop pharmacies when there are bigger pharmacies out there like rite aid or Walgreens etc. I tell them because those types of pharmacies never give u garbage lies unlike those big pharmacies that call you that your prescriptions are ready then come and pick it up only to hear them say "we never got any prescription!?" And then realize and say "oh I'm sorry our system was down and your Dr has to send it again" and then u have to wait another few days till it's ready! So yes I recommen... read more
Best pharmacy around, with caring staff and friendly environment. The pharmacist there really take there time to explain and answer all my questions about my meds and side effects! Truly Appreciated the Experience! I recently changed all my prescription to this pharmacy and i don’t regret it at all. Best pharmacy in queens! Real professionals!
