I do not write reviews often, but I am truly hoping this helps someone to understand and make a change. I came through the drive through and our medicine was not there bc it had been sent to another pharmacy (my drs fault) the young man at the register asked me to circle around or come in since another car pulled up behind me. After surgery this morning, Baptist hospital called my medications in to Anderson’s. Upon arrival, not only were they not filled, I waited for an hour to get my prescriptions, only to be told that they don’t accept VA insurance. Why didn’t they tell me that when I first gave them the VA card? I was in pain and waiting while they ran around looking like they had no idea what they were doing.
I was turned away for a Covid 19 vaccine because of my place of work. I work in a dispensary, which is in the 1a group, and was told that they would not vaccinate me because "we don't consider you healthcare or essential workers". I asked if that was personal policy or state policy, (which I already knew the state policy), and she bold face lied to me and told me it was state policy. Discriminatory and deceitful.
I don't normally make comments on things like this that today was the final straw when you tell me a prescription is ready and I come over 2 hours later to pick it up and then have to wait half an hour to get it and then get told that I was hateful and rude to somebody that's just it no more Anderson's for me
I have been dealing with Andersons for over 30yrs. and the last year and a half I have had more problems with them than I ever had. they gave my medicine to some other customer I had to get a few to hold me off until they could find out what happened to it. I drop off a prescription to be filled come back 7 hours later and have to wait another 30 to 40 minutes to get it filled. me my kids and grandkids will NEVER use this pharmacy again!!!!!

I at first was thankful that andersons caked the pharmacy my blood pressure medicine had been sent to when I was finally lucky enough to get a doctor to prescribe me some and the original pharmacy was closing at 12, but when I showed up to get the much needed medicine with legs so swollen I couldn't walk in myself to get it - at 437 pm (4 and a half hours after they had gotten my prescription in hand) and am now still sitting waiting for my medicine to be filled - well that I'm sorry is ridiculous.
