RecommendedI wanted to switch to Braswell’s after all the great reviews. I had my doctor call in my medicine. I received a text saying my RX was ready. Went to pick it up and was told they were out of the medicine and had been for months. I was given zero apology whatsoever and dismissed. Never again.

This place is a joke!!! They would not fill my prescription because I didn’t have a driver’s license!!!! Had a valid identification card(ID) but would not take my prescription for that reason! Absolutely ridiculous, never heard of such a thing in all my life!
Since the sale to the new owner, things have been terribly frustrating. Jerry Braswell ought to demand his name be taken off the building. Just terrible all of the mistakes made on my behalf. Miss filled prescriptions over and over.
went in today. horrible experience today. Didnt have part of my medicine. I don't live close and was twice as high. said my insurance didn't cover it. $25 for 10 pills. 6 weeks ago my insurance covered it. we have used Braswell for over 30 yrs. done. not good! My husband has like 10/12 prescriptions. changing to some where else!
