12/31/21, at 9:50am, I called with a question and was treated very rudely by someone who didn't want to be bothered with my question. A seemingly young male voice was rude and abrupt, dismissing my followup question with "You just need to call the Dr., he'll tell you what to do." The tone and abruptness combined with the dismissive language made for very poor customer service practice.
