RecommendedReceived my Covid booster shot there and everything went well. Very friendly environment and clean store.
After testing positive for the flu, my other pharmacy informed me the medicine was out of stock and on back order as well as my migraine injection. I was told to “call around” but the medicines I needed were going to be out of stock everywhere because of Covid. I spoke with Lindsey at Kirby Whitten and she started the process of having my profile transferred over. I love the care we get when it comes to the health of my family.
So after my son’s antibiotic was out of stock at our regular big grocery store chain pharmacy (and they failed to notify us), I was told to call around to find it. I tried another big grocery store chain pharmacy we’ve used before to only inconvenience them in checking to see if they had it in stock - they still aren’t sure. Lindsey & Steve are the absolute best people in the business! I'm sorry I ever went to other retail pharmacies! They've made my life easier. They've gone out of there way on multiple occasions to assist with my prescription! Didn't know this level of service existed!

Absolutely great customer service, professional, friendly and will go above and beyond. Have been using them for over 4 months, the first time being during the snow storm. I was unable to get out of my garage ans Dr. Steve brought the medication to our house in his way home, he was so pleasant and kind thank you for being so helpful.

A true “hometown” pharmacist you know by name. They called to switch our prescriptions without a problem and saved us a good deal of money!
Called when we left the doctor’s office, and they had already gotten the prescriptions and started to fill them. Waited behind only one person. One of the prescriptions was expensive so they tried to find the best price. Very pleasant experience. Will be transferring all of my prescriptions to this pharmacy. 1000x better than CVS.
