Refusal to fill prescriptions of needed medications. No where else has it in stock and there are no other options. Offered to pay any amount and still refused. Feel like they are holding my son’s well being hostage. Pharmacist was completely apathetic, and I was told there were no options for me to get my sons medication.
Brought the same prescription there twice they would not fill it because I’m not a regular customer. Every pharmacy will fill it except loves. If your prescription is expensive they will find an excuse not to fill it because there so money hungry. Do not go there. Trust me another pharmacy will treat you much better.

Mr Moore. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but the patient’s safety is our number one concern and the prescription was written in a manner which was strictly prohibited by the manufacturer of the drug. We would hate to have something adverse happen to the patient with us knowing the directions from the manufacturer who did all of the studies. And we didn’t say we wouldn’t fill it-we said we would call the doctor on the patient’s behalf.
