all of a sudden youve got some obstinant techs in pharm ! problem i had Doc prescribed prednize ive got long covid bhronkitis ! so this is chronic now he sent pharm said oh!!! your doc didnt send it i call my my doc he says yes he did so story changes to insurance wont cover to soon ! so i call insurance ! they said oh wedidnt know its a chronic condition ! so they release the meds tells me have pharmacy they will fill it then a get a ration of crap from the teck ! there not my pharmasist anyway i couldnt get her to sto... read more
Incorrectly labeled pills multiple times. Dangerous. Sent me to the ER once.
Extremely rude staff. There was some error with my husband’s meds being sent from the doctor and one of the medications didn’t get sent. We ended up having to call his doctor a few times to get it figured out. As a result we also kept having to call Medical Pharmacy to ask if it was in. Last night I called and the woman who answered snapped at me that it was in and had a rude tone with me. So I got to the pharmacy, walked in, and asked for the medication. I could never recommend a place I wouldn't tell my parents about and I have.
Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. Wrong number of tablets, and the doctor prescribed capsules, Chad is a major problem.
Poor customer service. On way home from hospital after surgery my husband called to see about exchanging a size on an item. He was told he better hurry up because the employee had a 45 min drive home. When we arrived, we decided to just return the item after he walked in and was glared at by employees even though it was still 5 min before closing time. We will give our money to a company where we are treated like a valued customer, not an inconvenience.
