Prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable. I like not having to fight to get a script filled a few days early when on a trip (which was always a battle at other places).
Great personal service, they worked hard on finding better coverage for insulin.

Everyone is so kind and helpful
The pharmacists and staff go out of their way to ensure that your prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. They also are helpful in locating hard to find medications and/or generics when possible. They have also gone out of their way to help me with the insurance company, when the insurance company did not want to cover certain medications. They have also been extremely helpful in transferring certain medications when I was unable to pick them up in East Lansing. They really are great!

Everyone there is so nice and helpful! We are retired now, and we live 30 miles away, but we will always use MSU Healthcare. And the delivery service, especially during the Covid lockdown was incredibly convenient. Go green! 😄
